Preparations are underway for the sixth running of the Fiorio Cup, scheduled to take place over the weekend of 31 October to 1 November. Held at the Masseria Camarda estate in Ceglie Messapica—the resort and home of Cesare Fiorio—this year's edition of the invitational gravel sprint will contest the Alex Fiorio Trophy.

Organised under the auspices of the Automobile Club di Lecce, the competition represents a modern rally sprint format devised by the Rally University driving school founded by Alex Fiorio and led by Alex Bruschetta. The event takes place with institutional backing from the Puglia Region and the Province of Brindisi, alongside commercial support from Fastweb-Vodafone and Radio Monte Carlo.

Contenders will compete on a dedicated 4.5-kilometre unpaved dirt stage prepared across the Masseria grounds. As in previous editions, the machinery will be supplied by Alessandro Perico's PA Racing team running on Pirelli tyres. Previous winners across the first five editions include world rally champion Kalle Rovanperä, Italian champion Andrea Crugnola, and European championship frontrunner Andrea Mabellini.
