iRacing Adds 360 Hz Force Feedback Support for CONSPIT ARES Wheelbases
The 2026 Season 4 build of iRacing introduces high-rate 360 Hz force feedback support for CONSPIT ARES direct-drive wheelbases.
The latest iRacing 2026 Season 4 update introduces support for a high-rate 360 Hz force feedback mode tailored for CONSPIT ARES direct-drive wheelbases. The increased polling and output rate is designed to deliver a noticeably finer and more detailed stream of forces directly to the steering wheel.
With the higher signal frequency, sim racers can expect improved fidelity when feeling track surface microprofiles, distinct transitions between tarmac compounds, and the texture of rumble strips. The enhanced feedback should also provide quicker physical cues during the onset of understeer and oversteer, an effect expected to stand out particularly on circuits equipped with the updated 3D kerb models in iRacing.
To enable the 360 Hz output, CONSPIT ARES owners must update their CONSPIT Link 2.0 software to the latest version, flash the newest wheelbase firmware, and launch the updated iRacing client. Once these prerequisites are met, the high-frequency mode is activated automatically.
