Renault Clio Cup Online Races Scheduled for Thursday Featuring Reverse Grid Format
The Progonki sim racing community has scheduled a Thursday evening event featuring Renault Clio Cup machinery on a Sprint circuit layout with a reverse grid second heat.
The Progonki sim racing community will host an online race evening this coming Thursday featuring single-make Renault Clio Cup cars on a Sprint track configuration. The organisers aim to balance competition and ensure close on-track racing by utilising the less familiar layout.
The competitive schedule begins at 21:00 with a combined practice and qualifying session followed by two sprint heats:
- 21:00 — 20-minute combined practice and qualifying session
- 21:20 — Race 1 (15 minutes)
- 21:40 — Race 2 (15 minutes), with a full reverse grid for the top ten finishers of the opening race
Drivers can review the sporting regulations and register on the event page, while driver briefings and race coordination will take place on the community's Discord server.
