Simucube Unveils ActivePedal Sport Force-Feedback Sim Pedal
Simucube has expanded its motorized pedal lineup with the ActivePedal Sport, an entry-level direct-drive pedal set for release in early 2027.
Simucube has announced the ActivePedal Sport, a new addition positioned below its Pro and Ultimate models. Retaining the core architecture of the series, the Sport variant eschews traditional mechanical springs and elastomers in favor of an electric servomotor. Sim racers can calibrate pedal travel, force curves, and tactile response through the proprietary Simucube Tuner software.
The pedal processes live telemetry effects directly through the motor, delivering real-time haptic feedback such as ABS vibration and wheel-lock simulation. Thanks to its modular design, the ActivePedal Sport can be configured to function as a throttle, brake, or clutch unit.
Key technical specifications include:
- Maximum brake force: up to 100 kg
- Physical pedal travel: 60 mm
- Total weight: 3.4 kg
A single standalone unit will retail for €901 or $1,199. A complete bundle featuring a passive Co-Pedal and the Link Hub interface is priced at €1,280 excluding VAT. Official retail availability is scheduled for early 2027.
