Recaro Showcases Motorsport Seats for Sim Racing in Collaboration With Manthey
Recaro has presented dedicated sim racing versions of its Podium CF and Pole Position racing seats in partnership with Manthey Racing.
Automotive seating manufacturer Recaro has partnered with renowned motorsport team Manthey Racing to bring its competition bucket seats to the sim racing market. The collaboration was showcased during SimRacing Expo in Frankfurt, highlighting adaptations of existing motorsport products for home cockpits.
At the event, Recaro featured two primary seat models tailored for virtual motorsport use: the Podium CF and the classic Pole Position. Both designs maintain their genuine motorsport construction standards while offering compatibility with popular sim racing rigs and cockpits.
The initiative reflects a broader trend of established motorsport hardware suppliers expanding directly into the virtual racing industry, addressing growing enthusiast demand for authentic ergonomic setups.
