iRacing Updates Storefront to Display Prices With VAT for International Members
iRacing has updated its digital storefront to display content pricing both with and without VAT ahead of checkout for international members.
iRacing has introduced a quality-of-life update to its web store, changing how prices are shown to customers outside the United States. The service will now display prices for cars and tracks both with and without Value Added Tax (VAT) directly on the storefront.
Previously, member catalog prices were displayed exclusively without tax, meaning subscribers subject to VAT only saw the final taxed price during the final checkout step. While the final price will continue to be shown during checkout, members will now see the VAT-inclusive breakdown upfront when browsing.
The development team emphasized that base pricing remains completely unchanged across all cars and tracks, with the adjustment serving purely as an informational display update for international members.
