Porsche Esports Supercup 2026 Season Finale Set for Monza with Seven Contenders in Direct Reach
The 2026 Porsche Esports Supercup World Championship concludes this Saturday at Monza, where Mitchell deJong defends a narrow points lead over six close rivals.
The 2026 Porsche Esports Supercup World Championship Series reaches its climax on Saturday, October 24th, bringing 32 elite sim racers to Italy's Autodromo Nazionale Monza for Race 5. While nine drivers retain a mathematical possibility of clinching the crown, the primary fight centers on seven competitors separated by just 23 points.
Mitchell deJong heads the standings following a volatile round at Interlagos two weeks ago, where aggressive skirmishes shook up the leaderboard. Alejandro Sánchez and Gustavo Ariel sit closest in pursuit, trailing deJong by 11 points each. Sebastian Job, Florian Lebigre, Charlie Collins, and reigning world champion Cooper Webster also remain firmly in contention for the title entering the final event.
The previous round at Interlagos disrupted the order after former points leader Lebigre struggled in qualifying. In the Sprint, Ariel controlled the lead before Dayne Warren took the win at the stripe, while chaotic contact engulfed the top-eight transfer scrap, heavily involving Job, deJong, and Lebigre. In the Main race, late-race contact between deJong and Job at Turn 1 allowed Sánchez to secure victory alongside Collins, while Job slipped and Lebigre salvaged 11th position.
Monza previously decided the championship two seasons ago in 2024, when Sebastian Job clinched his second world title over Diogo Pinto by securing a seventh-place finish in the decisive race. Live broadcast coverage of Saturday's championship event starts at 19:00 GMT on Porsche's YouTube and Twitch channels.
