iRacing Brings Back Formula Ford 1600 Festival at Brands Hatch
The annual virtual FF1600 Festival on iRacing takes place this weekend at Brands Hatch, featuring large grid splits and knockout heats culminating in a 30-car final.
Virtual formula racing fans will take on the iconic British circuit as iRacing has scheduled the return of its FF1600 Festival for October 30 at Brands Hatch.
The special competition will utilize a knockout tournament format tailored to the entry-level open-wheelers. Entrants will be organized into splits of up to 56 drivers, which will then contest qualifying heats before proceeding to the elimination stages.
Competitors who do not transfer immediately from the heats will receive one final opportunity in a last-chance qualifier race. The event culminates in a main feature race featuring a 30-driver grid.
