Rally legends Piero Liatti and Carlo Cassina will reunite behind the wheel of a Subaru Impreza WRC at the 10th edition of the Cronoscalata su Terra di Tandalo in Sardinia.
A historic reunion is set for the gravel hillclimb scene as former World Rally Championship competitors Piero Liatti and Carlo Cassina return to the cockpit of a Subaru Impreza WRC. The Italian duo will contest the 10th edition of the Cronoscalata su Terra di Tandalo, scheduled to take place from 19 to 22 November in Buddusò, Sardinia.
The appearance revives memories of the late 1990s WRC era, bringing the iconic Japanese machinery to the unique Sardinian gravel hillclimb event.
Organisers in Buddusò are preparing for the anniversary running of the event, which features competitive timed runs on dirt roads over four days of action.
