Championnat de France de la Montagne Unveils 2027 Calendar

France's premier hillclimb championship has presented its 2027 calendar, featuring twelve rounds and an aligned schedule with the historic championship.

29 October 2026

Organisers of the Championnat de France de la Montagne (CFM) have confirmed the schedule for the 2027 season. One of Europe's leading national hillclimb series will maintain stability, retaining the familiar roster of twelve venues across the country.

The championship will kick off on the opening weekend of April at Bagnols-Sabran before moving on to Col Saint-Pierre and Abreschviller. In May, the tour heads to western France for three consecutive rounds: Teurses Thèreval – Agneaux, La Pommeraye, and Saint Gouëno.

The summer phase begins with Marchampt Beaujolais Villages in mid-June, followed by July visits to Vuillafans-Échevannes and Dunières Auvergne. Traditional late-summer classics round out the campaign, featuring Mont-Dore in early August, Turckheim in Alsace at the end of the month, and the finale at Limonest Mont Verdun in mid-September. For the first time, all twelve events will also host rounds of the French Historic Hillclimb Championship.
