REG Simulations Announces Kart World Karting Simulator
Argentinian developer REG Simulations has unveiled Kart World, an upcoming standalone kart racing simulator.
REG Simulations, the studio currently developing the Argentine-focused racing title PISTA Motorsport, has announced a new project titled Kart World. The studio shared an initial teaser image featuring the tagline "The next kart simulator," signaling plans for a full-scale karting simulation.
The development team possesses significant prior experience in virtual karting. Before undertaking their standalone simulator projects, REG built dedicated kart and track modifications for Assetto Corsa and Kart Racing Pro. In addition, two kart classes are already featured within PISTA Motorsport.
The announcement comes at a time when the dedicated kart simulation segment has seen limited new competition. Development on KartKraft has largely stalled, Kart Racing Pro receives infrequent updates, and the professional-oriented KartSim platform remains a costly alternative. REG Simulations has not yet shared a target release window, platform availability, or detailed content plans for Kart World.
