The 2026 FIA F4 Global Esports Championship presented by MOZA kicked off with an opening-round double-header on Saturday afternoon, where Dan Amor completed a clean sweep with victories at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and Fuji Speedway. The British sim racer, who finished runner-up in the 2025 campaign, immediately established himself at the top of the standings.

In Race 1 at Mid-Ohio, defending champion Henry Moore started from pole position alongside Martin Kadlečík, with Amor lining up third. Moore withstood an early challenge from Kadlečík on the opening lap, which allowed Amor to slip past into second place. On the second lap, Amor capitalized on a slipstream to dive down the inside and take the lead. Despite late pressure from Moore on the final lap, Amor held on to claim the 15-minute sprint victory by 0.254 seconds over Moore, with Kadlečík completing the podium.

Race 2 at Fuji Speedway featured intense slipstreaming battles along the long main straight. Kadlečík started from pole position, but Moore and Amor launched a three-wide move heading into Turn 1 on the opening lap to put Amor into the lead. Kadlečík worked his way back out front with under five minutes remaining, sparking a frantic four-car fight alongside Moore and Isaac Phelps. On the final lap, Amor executed a decisive dive into the chicane to secure his second win of the day. Phelps snatched second place at the line in a photo finish, edging Kadlečík by 0.009 seconds and Moore by 0.023 seconds.

Following the opening weekend, Amor leads the drivers' championship on 50 points, holding a 16-point margin over Moore (34 points) and Kadlečík (32 points). The series continues with Races 3 and 4 on 7 November at 19:00 GMT, with the mystery circuits set to be revealed to competitors 24 hours prior to the event.
