Le Mans Ultimate 1.4.1.3 reverts netcode changes

Patch 1.4.1.3 for Le Mans Ultimate has rolled back recent netcode modifications, addressing stability concerns that emerged in the previous build. The update also resolves a server lock-up issue that affected online sessions.

In addition to the netcode reversion, the patch introduces diagnostic tools aimed at investigating the brake duct problem that has been affecting vehicle performance in the simulator.
