Assetto Corsa Rally 0.5 adds Greece stages and online multiplayer

29 June 2026

505 Games, Supernova Games Studios, and KUNOS Simulazioni have released Update 0.5 for Assetto Corsa Rally, introducing two World Rally Championship stages from Greece alongside the game's first online multiplayer implementation and a substantial physics engine revision.

The update adds the Loutraki and Elatia Special Stages, both drawn from real WRC Greece events. Loutraki climbs from the town's outskirts into the Aghii Theodori hills, featuring dusty surfaces, boulder-lined edges, and fast, wide-radius corners suited to aggressive driving. Elatia connects the towns of Elatia and Zeli with a wider, faster layout punctuated by exposed rocks, deep ruts, and sweeping bends that demand precision at high speed.

Online multiplayer debuts in this update, allowing up to 16 players to host and join customisable public or private lobbies for single-stage events. Players can control weather, apply car restrictions, and watch live spectating. Developer-managed ACR Lobbies provide permanent community slots, while a rotating calendar features two standard weekly events and one premium event running Friday to Sunday.

The physics overhaul encompasses a revised tire model with updated peak slip angle calculations, improved surface recognition with terrain-specific parameters, longitudinal and lateral bulldozing effects on soft ground, enhanced camber response, and experimental stick-slip vibrations for finer surface feedback. A dynamic ideal line now appears on the Greece stages, and all surfaces, cars, and setup presets have been globally rebalanced.

Assetto Corsa Rally is currently discounted 20% on Steam through July 9th as part of the Steam Summer Sale.
