Zbigniew Staniszewski finished fifth in the final of the sixth round of the FIA Central European Zone rallycross championship at Nyírád, Hungary, driving a Ford Fiesta SC. The Polish driver from Olsztyn competed in a record-sized field of 18 cars in the top supercars class. Staniszewski qualified fourth and advanced to the final as runner-up in his semi-final, but was unable to match the pace of four rivals in the main event. The Hungarian circuit proved demanding, with 50% gravel and 50% asphalt surface, and aggressive racing from the home contingent. Organisers of the Polish Rally Legend have announced the date for the fourth edition of the event. The rally will take place on 26–28 August 2027, with Polanica-Zdrój serving as the base once again. Following the conclusion of this year's third edition, the organising team has already begun preparations for the next instalment. The August 2027 dates mark the final weekend of the month and represent a continuation of the event's established schedule. The most recent edition attracted a substantial field of crews and vehicles, featuring both competitive time-trial participants and display entries. Historic rally cars and drivers with extensive international motorsport experience featured prominently on the stages. Organisers stated they are now moving into the planning and development phase for the fourth edition, with further details regarding the route and programme to be announced at a later date.

Piotr Wira secured his second consecutive victory of the day in the Polish Motorsport Racing Championships (WSMP) at Poznań Circuit, leading from start to finish in the final and longest race of the season-closing round. Driving an Aston Martin Vantage GT3, Wira controlled the race throughout despite an early incident behind him. Wira started from pole position following his earlier win and maintained the lead into the first corner. Behind him, Przemysław Bieńkowski in a Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Artur Paziewski in a Porsche 911 collided; Paziewski damaged his front wheel and retired to the trackside, while Bieńkowski limped to the pits. The safety car was deployed, and racing resumed on lap six with Maciej Bernacik in second place, allowing Wira to manage the pace to the chequered flag. Bieńkowski returned to the track in 14th place and recovered steadily, climbing to third by the finish. Tomasz Dyszkiewicz, piloting a Ligier LMP3, made up ground from the back after missing the previous race but received a stop-and-go penalty for an illegal overtake following the safety car restart, ultimately finishing fourth among Polish competitors. Piotr Wira secured victory in the opening race of the final day of the 2026 Polish Automobile Racing Championship season at Poznań circuit, finishing ahead of Przemysław Bieńkowski. Przemysław Bieńkowski and Mateusz Lisowski secured the individual championship in Poland's 2026 Endurance Championship with victory in the season finale at Tor Poznań. The pair's win marked their third triumph of the season and ended a two-race winning streak by their title rivals. A faster driver change by the PTT team allowed Lisowski to rejoin on the lead lap, and he capitalised on another safety car deployment early in the second hour following an accident involving Jacek Zielonka in an LMP3. When racing resumed, Lisowski trailed Marcinkiewicz by just 18 seconds. Marek Zmysłowski and Michał Ratajczyk won the GT4 class in an Audi R8 LMS.

The opening race of the final round of the Polish Touring Car Championships at Poznań circuit saw seven drivers handed penalties, the majority stemming from violations of neutralisation procedures during a safety car period. Przemysław Bieńkowski and Piotr Wira battled for victory in the combined GT3 race after Tomasz Dyszkiewicz, who led early in his Ligier LMP3, was overtaken by the two GT3 drivers. Adrian Rzeźnik and Kamil Kozdroń have taken a commanding lead at the 70th Rally Wisła, the final round of the Polish Rally Championship (KIQ RSMP). The pair won all six special stages on Friday's opening leg, finishing with a 34.4-second advantage over championship rivals Jarosław and Marcin Szeja. Third place went to Łukasz Byśkiniewicz and Łukasz Jastrzębski, who trail the leaders by one minute. Rzeźnik and Kozdroń entered the event holding just a one-point lead in the championship standings. They extended their advantage decisively through the day's two loops, which comprised stages at Województwo Śląskie–Goleszów (8.10 km), Skolnity Kubalonka (12.84 km), and ORLEN VITAY Wisła (4 km), totalling 49.88 km of competitive distance. Evening darkness added difficulty on the narrow, undulating forest roads. The Szeja brothers' challenge was hampered when they suffered a puncture on the opening loop's final stage, forcing them to limp to the finish on the rim and lose 18.4 seconds to the leaders. Rzeźnik reported adopting a measured approach on the second loop, reducing risk in the most demanding sections while maintaining precision and pace. He completed the six stages in 31:50.0 with a combined time advantage that puts him within reach of the title. In the Rally3 class, Michał Chorbiński and Adam Chrzanowski (Renault Clio Rally3) won all six stages in their category, building a 1:02.9-second buffer over Marcin Górny and Mateusz Martynek (Ford Fiesta Rally3). In the 2WD category, Piotr Wincencik and Maksymilian Staniszewski (Renault Clio) lead by just 2.6 seconds from Kamil Kawalec and Sebastian Krzyżowski (Peugeot 208 Rally4), with the field tightly bunched. Saturday's final leg will feature seven more stages totalling 63.06 km, including two passes of the ORLEN VITAY Partecznik stage, which will serve as the bonus-point Power Stage. Victory in the round will secure the Polish championship for Rzeźnik and Kozdroń regardless of Power Stage results, though the title will only be confirmed after Saturday's stages are completed.

The Trofeo di serie club racing series has returned to competition following a nearly twelve-month hiatus. Alan Pytlak claimed victory in the opening race of the 2027 season's non-points prologue round. Pytlak started from pole position and held the lead into the first lap, but was quickly overtaken by Radosław Kierznowski and Radosław Kierznowski Jr. The father-and-son pairing built an advantage of nearly two seconds before beginning to contest the lead between themselves, allowing Pytlak to close the gap. By lap five, Pytlak was running directly behind the leaders, and a lap later he passed the younger Kierznowski. Although Kierznowski Jr. responded with a counter-attack on the following lap, Pytlak secured second place on lap nine and moved into the lead on the penultimate lap, despite running with a faulty ABS system. Kierznowski Sr. subsequently lost second place to his son. Sebastian Kraszewski held fourth position for much of the race while battling Sebastian Kickster, who was competing outside the classification. Their contest ended in a collision on lap nine; both returned to the track but were passed by Marcin Fedder. Kraszewski finished fifth ahead of Michał Wrona and Piotr Górecski. The top ten was completed by Krzysztof Karlewski, Michał Górecki, and Krzysztof Kufel. The second race of the weekend is scheduled for Saturday.

Przemysław Bieńkowski and Mateusz Lisowski secured pole position for the season finale of the 2026 Polish Endurance Championship at Tor Poznań following a 30-minute qualifying session on Friday. The pair will start ahead of the field for Saturday's two-hour race, which carries the title of the Jan Leśniak Memorial. Bieńkowski and Lisowski are on the verge of clinching their second consecutive championship title after scoring a podium finish in Slovakia the previous weekend, with only Filip Sterczewski remaining in mathematical contention. Their closest challengers on the grid will be Maciej Marcinkiewicz and Filip Sterczewski, whose Ligier LMP3 qualified just 0.430 seconds slower than pole position. The second row will be occupied by the fastest 992 Cup entries: Filip Zagórski and Jan Antoszewski alongside Igor Klaja and Fabian Dybionka. Piotr Podoba and Maciej Bernacik follow in third, separated from the leading Porsche 911 runners by Łukasz Hołub and Jan Przyrowski in a Radical. The sixth and final round of the Polish Rally Car Championship (KIQ RSMP) has begun at Rally Wisła, with the title to be decided over two days of competition. Four crews retain mathematical chances of claiming the national crown, separated by just one point at the top of the standings—a margin not seen before a season finale since 2005. Łukasz Byśkiniewicz and Łukasz Jastrzębski set the fastest time on the test stage in Wisła-Jawórnik (2.65 km) in their Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, clocking 2:13.5 seconds. The pair recovered from a spin during their second attempt to post their best time on their fifth and final run. Jarosław Szeja and Marcin Szeja, also in a Fabia RS Rally2, trailed by just 0.1 seconds. The rally comprises 13 special stages totalling 112.94 km, with 105 crews entered across multiple categories. Leaders Adrian Rzeźnik and Kamil Kozdroń hold 138 points, one ahead of the Szeja brothers on 137. Byśkiniewicz sits third with 124 points, while Jarosław Kołtun and Ireneusz Pleskot remain in contention with 111. All four leading crews drive Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 cars. The final round applies a 1.5 multiplier to championship points, making victory worth 45 points plus five bonus points available on the Power Stage. Rzeźnik and Kozdroń recently competed in Rally Martin, a round of the Slovak championship, where they set the fastest times on 11 of 12 stages. The Szeja brothers, defending Polish champions, have not finished outside the podium in any KIQ RSMP round this season and have benefited from preparation work with Andrea Mabellini, third in the 2025 European Championship and winner of Rally Śląsk 2024. Byśkiniewicz won the vice-championship at Wisła three years ago and holds positive memories of the challenging stages. In the Rally3 category, Michał Chorbiński and Adam Chrzanowski lead with 140 points, five clear of Jakub Ulanowski and Rafał Fiołek on 135. In the 2WD classification, Dariusz Poloński and Łukasz Sitek hold a commanding 47-point advantage over Sergiusz Janowski and Krzysztof Grzenia. The opening stage begins Friday 18 September at 15:33, with the final Power Stage scheduled for Saturday at 16:01.

Tomasz Dyszkiewicz will lead the field into the opening race of the final round of the Polish Touring Car Championship (WSMP) at Tor Poznań, after securing pole position in Friday's qualifying session for the top classes. Dyszkiewicz, driving a Ligier LMP3, set the fastest time in an unusually large grid of nearly 30 prototypes and cars over two litres capacity. Przemysław Bieńkowski qualified second in a Mercedes-AMG GT3, just under a second behind the pole-sitter. The second row will be occupied by Piotr Wira, making his WSMP debut in an Aston Martin Vantage GT3, followed by the leading contenders in the Porsche 4F Cup: championship leader Maciej Bernacik, Filip Zagórski and Tomasz Lach. In the up-to-3.5-litre class, Piotr Koczuk claimed pole in a BMW M3 E46. Maciej Zawadzki topped the up-to-1.6-litre category, while Zbigniew Łazarz led the up-to-two-litre division. Alan Pytlak narrowly outqualified Jakub Święch in RN2, and Mateusz Peczka took pole in Division 6. The first race of the weekend is scheduled for Saturday.

Organisers of Rallylegend 2026 have published the provisional entry list for the 24th edition of the San Marino rally festival, confirming 150 cars for the main competition. Including participants in the Memorial Bettega and additional Group B entries, the overall event will feature approximately 170–175 vehicles. The event takes place 8–11 October and will blend contemporary rally machinery with historically significant cars from world rallying. Three official World Rally Championship factory teams will compete. M-Sport will field a Ford Puma Rally1 for Mārtiņš Sesks, Hyundai Motorsport enters a Hyundai i20 N Rally1 with Dani Sordo and co-driver Patricia Saiz, and Lancia Corse HF will run two Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale cars driven by Nikolay Gryazin and Rachele Somaschini. Sordo returns to Rallylegend after competing in 2023, while Sesks will travel directly from the WRC round in Sardinia. Both will contest the Legend Stars exhibition category from Thursday to Saturday, then participate in Sunday's Memorial Bettega. A dedicated Group B Tribute marks the 40th anniversary of the end of Group B rallying, with 25 cars of that era assembled—16 competing and nine on display. The line-up includes Audi Sport Quattro, Lancia Delta S4, Lancia Rally 037, Peugeot 205 T16, and Opel Manta 400. Notable drivers include 1984 world champion Stig Blomqvist in an Audi Sport Quattro, alongside Markku Alén and Miki Biasion. Paolo Valli, Rallylegend manager, described the Group B entry as a record: "We are genuinely delighted to have assembled 25 Group B cars for the 40th anniversary. Achieving this record was not easy and it showcases one of the most fascinating eras in rallying history." Returning competitors include Armin Schwarz in a Toyota Celica ST165, Gustavo Trelles in a Subaru Impreza 555, and Italian drivers "Tony" Fassina (Opel Ascona 400) and Piero Longhi (Subaru Impreza). The Betti brothers, Andrea and Luca, will compete in a Lancia Stratos. The 2024 Italian gravel rally champion Alberto Battistolli will drive a Lancia Delta Integrale in the Legend Stars category alongside Angelo Pucci Grossi. Organisers reduced the field from 185 cars in 2025 to 150 in 2026 to prioritise safety and event flow. A final entry list will be published later.
